I’ve seen this meme a lot but have yet to do it. This top 5 Tuesday was hosted by Shanah at The Bionic Book Worm. Shanah chose to go with the top 5 series you would like to start reading.
I came across this particular meme on Zezee’s blog “Zezee with books”. For this meme you just list 5 book series that are high priority to be started on your tbr.

Top 5 Tuesday: series I want to start
I’m looking through my list on Goodreads. I am more into indie reads than the more popular stuff that others seem to gravitate towards. So you will most likely see books listed you’ve never heard of :-).
First Blood by Heather Karn
This series is a young adult/new adult cross over (because of characters ages). It has paranormal aspects. The main character Koda is a college student whose dream is to join the government’s advanced military unit called The Elite. I believe this is a four book series with mild violence and no sexual content.
You can find the information for First Blood here.
Heart Stopper by Alice Oseman
This is a series of graphic novels that look especially adorable. I know these series is quite popular so I’d like to give it a go and see what I think.

Prision of Supernatural Magic by Bokerah Brumley
This series is about a supernatural prison. It includes Mages, shifters, demons ect. The description says the punishment never fits the crime so this one could be potentially graphic.

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir
This series takes on a Roman feel with battles and consequences if you choose not to fight.

A Good Girls Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson
This is a story about a high school senior investigating an old closed murder case for a class project. It’s said to be full of twists and turns.
